Google is developing a dedicated page on Android called “Google Location Sharing” to consolidate all location-sharing services within a Google account. Currently, users have to manage each service individually, including real-time location sharing through Google Maps. The new hub will bring together all active location-sharing services, replacing the existing web-based page that aggregates these services.

The upcoming Google Location Sharing feature, discovered in recent Google Play Services updates, aims to streamline the management of location services on Android devices. Although the feature is not yet functional, it is expected to simplify the process of managing location-sharing services. The new page will source information from various apps, such as Google Maps, Google Find My Device, Personal Safety, and possibly Family Link.

While specific details on the integration of services into the Google Location Sharing page are not clear, it is anticipated that the new feature will offer users a more streamlined and consolidated experience for managing location-sharing services on their Android devices. The exact rollout date for this feature to be publicly available is currently unknown.
